IBEC is an organization. It was established by nine leaders (nine friends) in 2006. The discussion and desire of nine friends made the first cultivation of IBEC. IBEC is no monopoly but worked by Group. IBEC's mission is to promote the moral and education of new generations to be brilliant in the future and more aim is to serve the benefit and development of community and country. So IBEC has five projects
1. The Department of Teaching Buddhist Scripture.
Teaching Buddhist Scriptures to novices and monks is to maintain the Buddhist Teaching a long time and to born the Buddhist leader to teach and share the Dharma to people (living beings) so that they can know how to live peacefully in daily life and to know the essence of Buddha teaching.
2. The Department of Monastic Education School.
Monastic education is for children who cannot learn the government school. We will support and teach them without taking money. We will uplift of poor-children's education standard and create the work opportunity for them.
3. The Department of Foreign Language.
Teaching Foreign Languages is to teach foreign languages, especially English language. As the world became global village, international communication language became useful too. Therefore, in this centre, English language will be taught as an international communication language. It is also to open the wisdom-eye of international knowledge. New generations must have wide knowledge for their life.
4. The Department of Computer Training
Now we have only one computer, we give the computer training to the teachers who volunteer at here (IBEC). We also teach the basic computer skills to the students. We cannot give the training to all of the students because we haven’t had enough computers and technicians. (IBEC) is growing gradually, so we believe someday, we might need the high technique essentially to communicate with other donors and organizations not only from Myanmar but from another countries also around the world. Networking and cooperation is very essential not only for the development of IBEC but also for the poor children, learning at here.
5. The Department of Meditation
Any more plans are to perform the better activities to strive for the social welfare. Meditation is to establish the stability of one's mind and we will give the way to do it.

What is foreign language?
Foreign language means that it is to teach the foreign languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Pali, English, etc.It is especially English language. Therefore, in this center,English language will be taught as an international communication language. It is also to open the wisdom-eye of international knowledge. New generations must have wide knowledge of their life.

What is the Buddhist Scripture?
The Buddhist Scripture means that the Tipitaka is shared to the monks and novices to maintain the Buddhist teaching as its pristine purity to be long time and to generate the Buddhist scholars. The Tipitaka is also shared to the lay people so that they can know how to live peacefully in daily life and to know the essence of the Buddhist teaching.

What is computer training?
Computer training means that we all know, in 21st century, IT became important, and communication with internet also became essential, at the same time, communication for everyone also has been convenient. The more convenient in communication, the more work we do will be complete in time when we want.
As we know so, we, IBEC, make an effort to establish computer and Internet- cyber to get more quick communication with every local monastic school and the organizations working for social welfare. We wish IBEC to be a head centre of IT for all Monastic Schools in upper Myanmar to serve more social work and to give them the knowledge and technique of computer internet using. We will invite and share the persons from the MS and social organizations, the knowledge of how to use computer and internet and how to apply it in communication to get information we need all over the world.
We will make only one linking and settled IT center for all MS to get information from each other for development of children’s education and social work by communicating head of Monastic Schools and social Groups in Sagaing Division, Kachin State and Shan State to make team-work together. In this Project, 307 Monastic Schools can achieve communication and result directly in upper Myanmar.
Detailed project description:
The current situation: there is only one internet center in Sagaing division. The speed of the connection is very slow and it is too expensive to use the internet. That is why the people living in Sagaing division cannot use the internet frequently & widely. The people also do not know much about usage of the internet and computers. Most of the monastic education schools in Sagaing division are not aware with computers, therefore their work mechanism is very slow and not developed. Moreover the people living in here are poor and they earn for their living by old methods like their parents. They cannot effort to get job at higher level because they have no computer knowledge. They also could not try to attend the computer training class. Therefore their job opportunities always lose. Most of the monastic education schools in Sagaing division and other places and Myanmar have no computers. They do not know how to use the computer and internet. Therefore most of their activities, including their income generation, are always slower than the monastic education schools where computers and high techniques (Internet) have.
According to above situations, we would like to offer a computer center. To full fill above problems & difficulties, we might need in the amount of 20 computers in our center, IBEC. First, we will teach the computer & internet knowledge to the teachers in our IBEC. We will share the knowledge to each other in our center. Then we will share & teach the computer & internet knowledge to the teachers who teach in the monastic education schools nearby our IBEC. We will also have mobile training by carrying some computers from our center and sharing the knowledge to other places of Myanmar, e.g., Kachin state, Chin state, Shan state and Sagaing division. That kind of training might be like the training of trainer. After getting the computer skills, they will also teach the skills to their students for their individual development.
After getting the internet access at IBEC, we will help the other monastic schools where the internet access has not been available. E.g. if we get the information about some kind of training or donors or some kind of assessment need through the internet, we will let them know by communication with phone or email (if they have). It would be faster and easier than before.

Project purpose (what are the target groups, what are the needs, how will the goals be achieved and measured):
Target groups: The target groups of the project are the orphans and those cannot support for their education in the local site and Upper Burma.
In today's information driven world, computer skills and knowledge have rapidly become essential qualities for a person to possess. Most jobs require a level of computer proficiency, and even personal transactions are increasingly needing computer knowledge or at least access to e-mail.
Granted there are those people who can get by without learning the computer, but they won't be able to accomplish tasks as quickly or easily as someone who is familiar with the computer.

Why is it so important people get computer training? There are several valid reasons for this as society continues to integrate technology with everyday existence. People today have difficulty if they can't communicate electronically and many jobs require computer experience.
Here are some good reasons why everyone should gain at least a basic knowledge of operating a computer:
*Ability to keep up with the pace
Government agencies, private businesses, banks and many other organizations are moving their processes to the web in order to generate efficiency and to lower overhead costs. Over the course of time this will become the primary way to conduct business.
Many organizations require e-mail communication or paperless applications. Agencies frequently offer advantages to people who file electronically as an incentive to get people to navigate towards using computers to file applications. These benefits are likely to increase and over time, and people not using electronic services may pay higher rates as a type of service fee; the latter is already beginning to occur. People who don't adapt and use computers will end up paying more to do things the "old fashioned" way.
*Job market
Technology is tightly entwined with today's job market. Understanding and demonstrating the fundamentals of computing, navigating the Internet and how to do basic file management on a computer system are frequently the minimum skills required when applying for a job.
The more computer knowledge and training a person has acquired, the higher their competitive edge will be in landing that coveted job. Today most, if not all, businesses use some sort of technology and the people who've chosen to bypass learning computer skills are losing out on many opportunities.
*Children
Another reason to obtain computer training is for our children. The next generation will be using the Internet and computers in their academic journeys and in all probability in their social lives too. It is in both in the parent and child's best
interest if the parent understands the environment their children will be interacting in. Ignorance in this very important issue is not bliss.
Society is in a transitional age where many parents haven't learned the computer and function fine without it, but their kids are not growing up in the same type of world. Technology is highly integrated in the classroom and today's children will need computer skills outside the classroom as well.

It is a good idea for parents to take the time to educate themselves and learn about the latest fads, social networks and how to protect themselves online so they can pass this knowledge to their children. Parents traditionally need to teach their children about crossing the street, basic safety rules and strangers.
Today, teaching kids about the dangers of the Internet is an extension of traditional life lessons. Computers can be a difficult concept for those that didn't grow up using them, but it is a necessary concept to understand and another reason why people today need computer training.
*Adapting to change
Learning computer basics can be intimidating. If you've grown up in the pre-technology explosion it is easy to understand why there are some people hesitant and timid to learn the computer because it is a dramatic change from older, familiar and comfortable ways of doing things. Change is tough, but sometimes necessary.
Today's world is much different from the days of yesteryear and society has changed as a result of technology. Nowadays it is in a person's best interest, at the very minimum, to get some basic computer training in order to keep up with the fast pace which is occurring

What is meditation?
Meditation means that it is only one way for the purification of beings, for the overcoming of sorrow and lamentation, for the disappearance of pain and grief, for reaching the Noble path, for the realization of Nibhana, namely, the four foundations of Mindfulness.
What are the four foundations of Mindfulness? In this teaching, they are as followings;
(1) One dwells contemplating the body in the body, ardently, clearly comprehending and mindful, removing covetousness and grief in the world.
(2) He dwells contemplating the feeling in the feeling, ardently, clearly comprehending and mindful, removing covetousness and grief in the world.
(3) He dwells contemplating the consciousness in the consciousness, ardently, clearly comprehending and mindful, removing covetousness and grief in the world.
(4) He dwells contemplating the Dhamma in the dhammas, ardently, clearly comprehending and mindful, removing covetousness and grief in the world.
How does one dwell contemplating the body in the body?
Now IBEC offers one of the fourteen kinds of the contemplating of the body in the body which is Mindfulness of Breathing.
What is Mindfulness of Breathing?
One have to choose suitable place for him, sits down cross-legged, keeps his upper body erect and directs mindfulness to the object of his meditation. Ever mindful, he breathes in, ever mindful, he breathes out. Breath in a long breath, he knows, “I am breathing in long”;Breathing out a long breath, he knows,“ I am breathing out long”. Breathing in a short breath, he knows, “I am breathing in a short breath”; Breathing out a short breath, he knows, “ I am breathing out a short breath”. “Making clear the entire in Breath body, I shall breath in”. Thus he makes efforts (literally, he trains himself); “Making clear the entire out breath body, I shall breath out,” thus he makes efforts. “Calming the gross in breath (literally, body conditioned things), I shall breath in,” thus he makes efforts; “Calming the gross out breath, I shall breath out,” thus he makes efforts.
